Ray "Crash" Corrigan stars as a Navy lieutenant on a dangerous mission in an "rocket submarine" to the undersea kingdom. There, evil Unga Khan plots to destroy the upper world with super-scientific rayguns, robots that look like water heaters, and an army of about 10 guys with horses and chariots.
